1. The Service
Mantle helps you plan what happens to your digital accounts and create messages for loved ones. We provide tools to discover accounts, set instructions, and ensure your wishes are carried out.
2. Your Responsibilities
- •Keep your account secure and don't share credentials.
- •Provide accurate information about yourself and your accounts.
- •Ensure your trusted contacts consent to their role.
- •Keep your plan updated as your wishes change.
3. Activation Process
Your plan is only activated after:
- 1.Extended inactivity detected (based on your settings)
- 2.Multiple trusted contacts verify the situation
- 3.A waiting period passes with no response from you
Nothing ever happens automatically. Human verification is always required.
4. Limitations
We cannot guarantee access to all accounts. Some services may require legal documentation or have their own policies. We provide guidance and execute what's technically possible.
5. Payment & Refunds
Free tier is free forever. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime—you keep access until the end of your billing period. Refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase.
6. Changes to Service
We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. If We Shut Down
If Mantle ever shuts down, you'll get at least 90 days notice and the ability to export all your data. We'll do everything possible to ensure your plan isn't left hanging.
